Maybelline The Blushed Nudes Review

It was on sale when I bough it. I think it costs Php 499.00 for its discounted price, every time I passed by the Maybelline Counter I always wanted to buy this palette but I don't have enough money hehehe so I am always waiting for its sale. The original price is Php 675.00 so when I saw it at a Maybelline Counter at Watsons and there is a sale tag on it I bought it without even thinking kasi sale nga sayang opportunity. The palette has 12 nude shades perfect for an everyday look and that is also the reason why I bought it. The product claims to be long lasting. As you could see on the photo below the colors are really cute.


There are also instructions at the back on how to apply the eyeshadow so you could achieve the eye make-up you wanted. Instructions are for Quads, Trios and Duos eyeshadow combination. It is really helpful for starters to follow the guide indicated at the back. You could also see the ingredients and the manufacturing date below. One thing that is not included in the packaging was the expiration date and the shelf life of the product.


This is the picture of the palette and it also includes a brush but I already put it away since I won't use it. As you could see, the colors are perfect rosy nudes.


The next two pictures are the swatches of the palette. As you could see on the pictures below they are not very pigmented, unlike the other palettes I bought which is super pigmented (as Vice Ganda says "Pak Ganer"). The problem with this palette is that even if you apply it on your eyelids you will not get the color you wanted. The color pay-off is not really good and I don't know why. I also tried using an eyeshadow primer but It didn't work out for me. I am just using this palette on my eyelids if I wanted a natural look. The colors are really showing when I am just putting it on my eyelids.



This is not my favorite palette but I still use it if I wanted a simple eye make-up. But for me... nasayangan ako sa pera ko kasi unlike the Detail Autumn Eyeshadow Palette, walang kalaban laban ito. If you wanted to look at other maybelline products visit their website at www.maybelline.com.ph

Human Nature Hydrating Face Mist Review

I think I bought this last month because my setting spray was almost empty and I would like to try an all natural product. Human Nature claims that their products are 100% natural and no harmful chemicals. This costs Php 250.00 at the Human Nature counter in the Department Store of Puso ng Baguio.  The product claims the following: 1. It makes your face stays moisturize and fresh 2. Keeps your make-up in place 3. Nourishes your skin with the goodness of aloe and beetroot extract 4. Keeps your skin healthy looking and hydrated I really like the smell of the product it is not so strong (like perfume type) but it really smells like aloe vera. BYS Face Duo Review

I bought this last April at Watsons so that I could have a blush and highlighter in a palette for travelling purposes. I used this last time for an event in Manila. I think this costs Php 449.00 (if I am not mistaken) which is good because the palette already contains 12g of the product. The packaging was really simple and lightweight. There is an instruction indicated at the back of the packaging where it shows where to put the blush and the highlighter which is really a good help for the beginners. You could also see the ingredients at the back. It also claims that it is a cruelty free product and the shelf life of the product is 24 months. The picture below show how does the palette look like when you open it. Sometimes, there are brushes included in the packaging of a palette make-up, but this time there are no brushes which is also good because I actually do not use it.
